  dots= fun! Your skirt makes me want to move. Is it a bubble skirt? Is the fabric in the background meant for sewing, too, or is it a curtain? I like that too.

    Yes, it’s a bubble skirt and yes that fabric is meant for sewing :-)

    I sewed together two types of fabric. Then I sewed on elastic fabric as a liner and made “drapes” (don’t know how to expain this, you can see this on photos). This I sewed together with a strip of fabric which is on hips. Then I put it together with elastic fabric (elastic fabric have to be narrower than top fabric. I sewed on zipper and skirt was done. :-)

  I love this skirt! The style is really cute and the fabric suits it perfectly. Looks especially good with your gorgeous green tights
