At first this didn’t appeal to me, probably because of the color, but when reading the suggestions in the description to do it in a floaty fabric, like silk and perhaps a longer length, I was sold! Love that the pleats keep any volume below my round belly. I have a ton of sheers that I look forward to making spring goodies with and I see this skirt pattern as one of my future projects! I envision myself walking around with my skirt swirling beneath me as in Rykiel and Von Furstenberg’s Spring 2012 collections. Well done. Great design.
