I recently lost a boatload of weight and am now rebuilding my wardrobe from scratch. This week I made a skirt sloper and made this striped number, a pencil skirt. I used this fun denim with spandex that I found in my stash. The top is an organic cotton jersey. It’s loosely based it on a pattern I found on Burdastyle that was originally a t-shirt dress. I tweeked the patten, longer sleeves, more shape in the bodice and an elastic waist.
