Description

This skirt is based on pattern #104 Burda 03/2009. Since the printed fabric was without any stretch I used a bit jersey in the sides to make it more comfortable to wear ;) I used a little jersey around the edge of the pockets to make it more stylish. I have used cotton voile as lining, but in the oblique direction (then it feels to be a little stretchy even if it isn’t). I think the skirt together with the vest is a nice outfit for my Japanese handbag ;-)

Material Notes

Printed cotton blends and jersey.
Cotton voile as lining.

Completely unique, Ellen! Very cunning of you to use jersey to give that extra bit of stretch! Cool!
