Description

I made a skirt for my eldest daughter. I altered a pattern. It is fully lined (My first time lining something). I lined it with a Valance I bought from an Op shop (Thrift store). The ruffle of the Valance I left hanging out the bottom. It has an elasticated waist. Very east to make. Only took an hour. I used a decorative stitch for the hem of the top skirt – not sure if you can see it in the photos though.

Material Notes

Purple Cotton and an old Bed Valance from the Op (thrift) Store.
