What to do with an old skirt which have not really a “up today length”? (not really long, ends over ankels)
Make a dress :)!
The cut of this skirt is terrible, but the fabric is nice. So I decided to make something new. I use the burda pattern number 8071 (you can buy it on www.burdafashion.com).
Quick, easy, and very comfy to wear. Because of the fabric I need no zipper. I added an elastic band at the waist. The fabric is not stretchy, but hm… crinkeld?! Sorry, I don´t no the name of it :/.
I think it looks better when I wear it with a waistbelt.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
