Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Messenger Bag designed, patterned and constructed for part of my apparel design program. This bag has a flap on the front, under the flap there is a removable bit of webbing that is fixed with snaps to hang your keys/ipod etc on. Lots of pockets, many places for documents. The back compartment unzips all the way for a portfolio. Detachable shoulder strap. I used a skeleton key and double welt window for closure on the flap. Too much fun! I want to design and pattern another, just the sewing was a bear!
