A complete copy of a skirt that my sister wanted from Topshop! Very girly…added a little removable flower badge i made from the leftovers
Tried doing french seams for where the colours join which worked nicely, zipper in the back
polycotton and a zip
topshop
Claireissewing for the skirt how-to i altered a little…used pleats instead of gathers – thanks!

That’s such a nice skirt! I looove that pink colour, aaah, and the pleats look so well exeuted and just a little bit more grown-up than gathers. I’ll keep that in mind… ;-)

This is so cute – the pink and black look fabulous. I’m sure your sister is thrilled!

I love the band of color at the hemline as well as the shape of the skirt. Again, as with the black tunic you posted, I’m seeing a touch of Audrey Hepburn. If you added pumps and a wide-brimmed hat, there you’d have it.
