This was one of the first sundresses I ever made and I still wear it! It has the shape of a burlap sack, so I like to wear it with a wide belt to give my waist some definition. The straps like to slide off a bit, so usually I wear it with a light cardigan. The pattern is now out-of-print, but if you’re a beginner and you find this laying around, it’s a great project.
Simple cotton works great for this dress. Cotton is also really easy to work with when you’re learning and I’m glad I used it for this project.
