This project was a minor disaster and I really need to remake it! Right at the end, my old sewing machine crapped out on me and then I bought my new machine (which sews so much better!). I also was not happy with my fabric choices — the colors are gorgeous but the synthetic fibers are not my favorite. All that aside, the design elements are really sweet and it’s a very pretty pattern!
I used what I like to call “faux suiting” — it’s all polyester, which I usually avoid. I need to make this with quality suiting next time. It’s a GREAT work outfit!
