This is a skirt I made for my mum using a slightly modified Simplicity pattern.
Cost: £2! I had the linen mix fabric from a lined curtain found in Ikea’s bargain corner.
Zip at the back and hook.
Simple and practical.

Thank you. Simplicity call the pattern “fuss free” and I have to admit, it is, indeed. It was a bit difficult ironing that pleat given the heavy curtain fabric, but I managed in the end.
