Simple Linen Trapeze Dress

Added Aug 12, 2008

by whitneyphippen

Fort Collins, Co...

I made this dress to wear when I was pregnant with my son. I altered an existing trapeze dress pattern by adding the slit back with button and I made it a little skinnier all around. Even though it was made for maternity-sake it is still super cute on a non-belly body.

Material Notes

linen/cotton blend

Very pretty, definitely proves the old ‘less is more’ adage. By the way, lovely vintage dress form!

Looks great. Love the neckline. Would have loved something like this when I was pregnant.
