really easy skirt you can make to fit anyone and anywhere on the hips or waist or anything.
its just a FOE waistband (fold over elastic) and a simple skirt pattern. get a strip of elastic cut it to fit you and the fabric when its stretched to its furthest. fold your fabric over it and machine baste stitch it across while the elastic is stretched out to its farthest. i one hand to stretch the part i was sewing and the other hand to pull it through the machine. BASTE STITCHES ONLY
