This is a simple cardigan. I’m starting to sew for myself again after many years of sewing for my kids and others. I actually bought the buttons first, then found a fabric I liked to go with them.

Simple but elegant! It was about time to start sewing for you…your work is always great and you should enjoy what you make not only when all the other wear what you make but when you wear them too! I agree with mrs Orozzo! You look fantastic!

Thank you so much, Douli! So much of my sewing the past decade or so has been repairs and alterations. It brings me a little extra money, but it’s not as satisfying as creating something new. Again, thank you!

Thank you, dear Adriana. I do love wearing bright colors! I have a big bag full of fabrics I bought for myself. I just need to get busy with it… You inspire me to try different things. Your encouragement means so much to me!!!
