This hat is completely made using sinamay; a woven plant fibre. It is a relatively easy fibre to work with but as this is the first time I have used sinamay, I know I have lots to learn and improve upon. This hat was part of my assessment for my millinery course and I did choose a difficult style to make for being a first year student. Regardless, I am quite pleased with this hat.
The lines of Greek architecture inspire this neutral and pastel collection.
