Silky Skirt with matching bow belt

Added Oct 14, 2009

by aadore

Sydney, Australia

Same skirt pattern as my previous project. This time I have made a matching bow belt – I based it on a belt I own and cut out a pattern and then just whipped it up! Pretty basic, but it works!

Material Notes

Silk / Satin

Garment Type

      Thanks so much :)

The shoes are from Zoe Wittner – I had picked them up at a sale – very comfy and not too pointy! hehe

Thanks! I had to google ‘how to make a fabric bow’ and voila. There were a few other floppier versions of that bow before I thought to sew 2 layers of fabric instead of 1 to get this one :)
