I made the Alexander blouse as part of Colette’s Spring Palette Challenge. Two of the colors I chose were hot pink and black (can you tell?). heh
I modified the neckline to be a slight V-neck, removed the buttons from the back, lengthened the peplum 1.5", interfaced the peplum to add some body, lengthened the back darts by an 1" or so, and added a wider facing to go under the front button band so that the front seam wouldn’t allow peeping. If you know what I mean ladies… :)
I have some more images and information up on my blog: zilredloh.

Thanks! I’ve had it on my to-do list since last summer myself. It was really easy (except for the sleeves), and I’m planning on making a few more one in a silk charmeuse and another with cotton voile.
