I made this out of scrap fabric from a friends evening gown. I’ve always wanted some silky PJ shorts and what a great way to test a Burda Pattern!

Beautiful! I absolutely love the colour. I’m tempted to try something similar.

Same here, I just realised I have an old evening gown in grey satin lying around as well. Maybe I should give it a try… Did you find it hard to make? I have very limited sewing experience.

Super easy! I’ve made the top and shorts in a different fabric before as well. You should definitely give it a try! Because these shorts were made out of scrap fabric and were not measured on straight of the grain, they don’t have a lot of give, but it’s not uncomfortable. This project is a great way to build some skills! Good luck!

It is so lovely ! This blue silky fabric goes really well for your PJ short, nice job.
Now you’ve made me want to give it a try :) .
