Hi Angela. I saw your videos on youtube and I was greatly inspired. After few hours, I decided to register as a member on your website with full subscription. I am having difficulty opening your classic shirt video. My system does not recognise the format you saved the video. Please help. I really cannot wait to start trying your fantastic ideas. Please kindly advise on the best format to open the video. Thanks in advance.

Hi Brooklyn Virginia! I just did a test and it worked. Login under your BurdaStyle account. On the project page (this page), click “Get It.” You will then be redirected to the purchase page. This pattern is free, so all you have to do now is click on “Print Pattern at Home” and a PDF should appear. Let me know if it works for you this time!

Your enthusiasm has encouraged me to add more free patterns for the BurdaStyle fans in the future. It’s great to see my designs being made up by others.

Well done Jamie. A fantastic first project. It just shows that a simple style can be interpreted in so many different ways and I love the way you have used the sophisticated silk wool tweed.

I am flattered to see this pattern as a Featured Burda Project.

That’s cute and it’s a free pattern!Since it seems that members will perhaps not be given the opportunity to sell their own pattern on Burdastyle (the Ravelry way), Angela K’s marketing strategy is inspiring (a free download on site to attract the ‘consumer’ to personal website)

Are the skirt front darts still visible with the pockets?
