My friend asked me to make a skirt that she could wear to one of the many Christmas Party’s she had to go to. She told me it would be kind of formal and that the men had to wear caot and tie.
So I came up with this skirt. I used a silk tie as the waistband of this skirt – after all the invitation said “caot and TIE” ;-)
I didn’t buy any fabric and only used what was left in my big pile of scraps and “Don’t know what to do with these”-things.
