I scored some gorgeous silk/cotton fabric for something crazy like $4 a metre, and thought it’d suit a tie blouse pattern from Burda magazine 8/2009. First time working with lightweight silky fabric and I’m happy with the result, just need an excuse to wear it now…

I love the shirt. I think this pattern looks great in a silky, drapey fabric like what you used here.
