Description

The skirt was a thrift store find long ago. I fell in love with the fabric, and I did the no-no of buying it eventhough I knew that at size 4, i will never fit into it. Maybe a 10 or 12 year old me could, lol. I bought it anyways as I see the potential for it to be something else. But it took me a long while to decide just what that would be.

A sorbetto top! I squeezed the pattern pieces and added little cap sleeves and self fabric binding out of this darling skirt. still have little scraps that I’m saving for other projects.

I like your inverted pleat! And I can see why you love the fabric :)
