Description
I used McCall’s 6650 for this sleeveless silk necktie blouse with a cummerbund style waistband. It was really simple to sew up and I love it! I used asilk charmeuse fabric with a feather print on it that I bought in the Los Angeles fabric district. Read more at my blog:
