I have had this fabric for a few years-could not decide what I want to do with it. So my friend’s wedding party was a good reason to make a new outfit for myself. I made a corset and skirt from this lovely silk(all my own design). And I added a light organza underskirt for more volume. By the way on picture # 3 you can see a wedding gown that I have made for my friend as well( it is burgundy color)
Silk,lace(corset top shell),plastic boning “regilin” for corset,lining,organza(underskirt),zipper.

A person after my heart! Just love the embroidered fabric and the delicate color! Rarely see pockets in a skirt for a dressy occasion but what a sensible idea. I have to do that.
