After sewing three T-Shirts for my ‘significant-something’ I ended up with three long and narrow stripes of jersey fabric long enough for a T-shirt, but so narrow it was useless… and then I had this idea of creating a color block top!
I love the results so much that I decided to share this project =)
I hope the instructions are clear, since it’s the first time I’m sharing something.
- Jersey in three different colors. I used three stripes 1m long and about 45 cm wide.
- Aprox 1m of elastic, 1cm wide.
- Aprox 60 cm of narrow twill tape. You can use stripes of self fabric, though.
- Thread in colors similar to the fabric… or use a contrasting thread if you want.
