My friend gave me a pair of great wool trousers from H & M, unfortunately they didn’t fit but I adapted them into a variation of the Sidonie skirt. I really loved the button up front and thought it would be perfect for a high waisted A line skirt.
Though difficult to see in these photos (it was super sunny for September) there is contrasting white thread along the skirt ruffle and hem and also on the buttons. The trousers were lined as well so I adapted the lining for the skirt to be a bit shorter than the ruffled hem.
