End of November was another of my community sewing classes I taught. The students: woman of all ages, wanted to learn sew some clothing. It would be impossible for me to have patterns ready for all sizes, so I decided it would be best to sew for kids, and then we donate the products! Since the students would struggle to part with their own fabric, I decided to supply everything. We were only 10 in the class, but it would be no use to donate only 10 shorts, so I bought 15m fabric fitting for girls and 15m for boys. and I cut out 3 different sizes, age 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8. and each student made 4 shorts girls + 4 shorts boys. so we made just under 80 shorts! It will be donated to the RedCross Childrens Hospital.
