Description

I never wear polyester because I’m such a sweaty gal. But I saw this brightly printed end piece for just $2 at this fabric store I frequent in NYC, and I had to turn it into something, my overactive pores be damned. There wasn’t enough yardage to make the Batwing Top with its 3/4-length sleeves, so I shortened the sleeves. I also cut a deeper V into the neckline because when I made the Batwing before I found the neckline was a little higher than I would have liked (hussy!).

Material Notes

I used an end piece of printed polyester

I like it, it really stands out among the other batwing-tops! Great piece of fabric, I can see the allure, even though I too avoid synthetics.
