Supplies:
2 old T-shirts (you can use two different coloured ones)
STEP 1 Cut out the shape of the yoke from one of the T-shirts. Then use that piece to create a new yoke by cutting the same shape from the second T-shirt. Remember to add seam allowance.
STEP 2 Sew in the yoke to the T-shirt.
STEP 3 Cut a long piece which should be the length of the yoke and 2″ wide. This will be the button backing.
STEP 4 Sew the button backing piece to the center of the yoke by folding under every 2″ or so to create small ruffles.
STEP 5 Using the hand sewing needle, sew on the decorative buttons.
