This is based on McCalls 6600 shirt dress pattern with a tie around the waist. I loved the idea of the coloured version on the cover but I opted for a plain black one which I thought I could wear to work (any colour as long as its black). But I soon got bored of that idea and decided to add some japanese fabric in a ‘V’ down the front.
It is a VERY wide pattern in the body so i schluuped it in at the sides. I like the V idea but I think a wide, short V style suits me better!
