Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I’ve always wanted a shirt dress and here we are,
Pattern is 50’s, 60’s? don’t know, maybe someone here does.
Fairly simple to put together, I had to take a bit in across the shoulders and raise the hem.
I think the fabric may be too busy for it really but I’ll wear it regardless.
Also I think my buttons may be too small but that can be changed easily’
Material Notes
Cotton lawn from Sidtrim in Leeds, buttons from Bonds in Farsley (Leeds) If you are ever passing their way I recommend stopping by, an aladdins cave of sewing loveliness!

great dress love 3/4 sleeves, I like the fabric, but I agree you need bigger buttons
