It´s really simple, take the top of the collar off, sew it shut. Trace a top for the top of the dress and make the dress an A/line shape. About a cm under the 2nd button start shirring, i put 8 or 9 lines in, but make sure you line both sides of the dress up. Trace a sleeve from a shirt, sew them on. Add some bows on the front and thats´s basiclly it.
