This caught my eye because it involves two of my favorites: bright color, and polka dots. I hoped it was a grown-up dress. I’m 38 and holding and I would definitely wear it! The shirring is fun and the whole effect is cheerful and playful. Great job!

I’m thankful to you for liking this so much. actually, i made this for my teenage daughter of about 19, but she is a liitle short.
