Step 1 measure and cut
measurements for about a size 7 girls:
top – 12 inches wide by 25 1/3 inches long
skirt – 25 inches long by 26 1/3 inches wide(can be wider for a fuller skirt)
straps – 25 inches long by 6 1/3 inches wide(can be made longer)
the hem is 1/2 an inch and the seam allowance is the 1/3 inch
