A billowy elegant avant garde show-stopping silk gown made from gorgeous pure white charmeuse.
Painstaking hand-screenprinted (by me) with an original print designed for Desira Pesta by Robert Daurio, a friend and architect who also designed prints for the Prada Spring 09 dresses.
A three piece ensemble made up of a tunic, an obi belt, and a gorgeous flowing six piece skirt— melds into one wonderpiece.
Perfect baby hems and french seams throughout; skirt has fully lined waistband with side zipper and elegant silk ties to create gorgeous criss-crossing elegance even beneath the tunic; a lovely neckline with asymmetrical pleating and a back… oh… dropped straight down to the waist in a poised and polished V; sweeping the floor, the skirt spills out to be just slightly below one’s heel.
100% silk charmeuse & belt is black cotton satin
