I’ve been wanting a Sherlock Holmes blouse ever since I saw the movie. I used a self-drafted pattern and vintage cotton. The special details include a Nehru collar, cuffed sleeves, and a hidden-button placket.

This is gorgeous! And hidden button plackets are the best feature!

Hidden button placket! Do you have any hints/tutorials/or references on how to add this little detail? I love it!

Basically, you just cut the right side wider past the center front line. and then fold it four times like an accordion.
This probably doesn’t make sense. I’ll do a tutorial. (I’m never good at explaining.)

It does make sense. I thought it was a separate folded piece and couldn’t figure out how you’d hide it within the garment, but an accordion fold makes sense. So it’s four sides – two that have the buttonholes, two that are folded fabric?
