I had this sheer black mesh fabric lying around, and I decided to finally make something with it! I used the new Knit Pullover pattern, and just made a few alterations. I added a cuff at the sleeve, and omitted the different front and back hemlines. For the cuff I measured my wrist and cut a 6" wide rectangle which ended up making my cuff a finished width of 3".
I used a serger for all the seams and zig-zagged my neckline and hem edges. I love this top! It is very versatile, and I love to wear it over colorful garments that show through:) Here I paired it with this crazy awesome bodysuit I just got from Black Milk.
I’m sure I will be getting A LOT of wear out of this top. I also might make it in other sheer fabrics since this project only took me 1 hour to complete!
