This was inspired by the embroidered fabric that was given to me by my mom from the Philippines. I was looking for a simple pattern to showcase the embroidery and here it is. I made it similar to the Burda Chiffon dress. I can wear it over a different sheath dress.
I did not have enough fabric to make a belt so I used silk organza over silk dupioni. I also used organza bias facing for armscyes and neckline.
