This is my version of the blouse from the Burdastyle Sewing Handbook. It was a relatively easy pattern. I made it challenging for myself by sewing it from sheer fabric – a task I had not previously tried!
Sheer black fabric from the Project Runway line at Jo-Ann. Be sure to consider your seam finishes BEFORE you begin sewing your sheer fabric. This was a lesson well learned for me.

Thanks! The sheer’s not so bad, if you plan for it a little. Not that I planned, but I learned that I should! :/
