Description

I followed the instructions for the pattern of “02/2011 Dress with gathered rectangle skirt and cap sleeves #101” and based the bodice on this design.
I then added the skirt which was rectangle pieces gathered and stitched together, then attached the bodice.
I also added shoulder pads to the cap sleeves to add more structure, and lined the bodice.
I found this amazing printed fabric, and initially thought it was an “ikat” pattern then worked out it’s actually shark mouths LOL I love the pattern and colours.

Cotton, Lining, Zipper

I’m new here, I came indeed to know if I can buy the shark dress or what. My gf loves sharks and she loved the image when I sent her. I really would love to know how to get this. Can anyone help me? :DD

Thank you :) I guess I’m living in the wrong country for buying that fabric, though :/ I’ll just have to go on staring at your dress instead ;)

I need that fabric! And love the dress! They say imitation is the most sincere form of flatery, right?!

I got my hands on some of the fabric from Spotlight. No idea what I’m going to do with it yet, but I just had to have it :D
