I was so excited when I got my new book Shadowfolds I couldn’t wait to try it out! In my mind this was going to be a sheer dress with SOMETHING underneath; a dress or shorts. Instead it morphed into a negligee. Most of the examples in the book are done with dupioni silk but I was determined to use chiffon. Not sure how well the folds will hold up but I like the effect.

Really pretty! I love the folds, and it’s a fabric manipulation technique I haven’t seen yet…good job!
