Description

This dress was made out of left over fabrics. I use different shades of blue along with different fabrics. I mix silk taffeta with chambray. This style was created from using the top of one style to combined with the skirt of another style. It was inspired from the August 2009 issue of Burda magazine

A dress with extended shoulders, flounce inset at front with three fabric buttons and little waist tucks give the skirt a tulip look. A zip is at the back.

I really like how it turned out….Happy Me:-)

WOW! This dress caught my eyes instantly! Nicely made and the teal detail on the neck line is superb! U styled it beautifully with the navy belt and the shoes!

This dress ought to be on the cover of the next Burda magazine. You are lovely in it.

This dress is lovely. I have made that pattern into a top and I love it but never thought to do what you have done to make it into a dress and to use 2 different fabrics. You are very creative!!
