This is a great pattern for beginners – this dress is the first thing I’ve made that I can’t wait to wear! I will definitely be working more with this pattern.
Fabric and Liner: Stretchy knit – black & white leopard print with pink hearts. I used the same material and same size cuts for liner, which gave the dress a really nice fit.
Thread: Pink polyester
I used short zig-zag stitches everywhere except on the back neckline where I used short straight stitches. The short stitches prevented any bunching of my stretchy fabric.
