VERY girlie I know, but I love it!! The ironing board cover was one of those easy projects that took me months to finish, just because other projects were more appealing. The sewing machine pincushion is from something I saw on pinterest.

The pin cushion looks really convenient to use while sewing. Did you attatch it with a hot glue gun too?

The pin cushion is on an elastic band, so it can be removed. I did glue a piece of plastic to the back of the pincushion so the pins wouldn’t stab the through to the machine. I filled the cushion with some kind of sawdust stuff (from an old cushion) and lavender flowers, so it smells wonderful!

The hearts don’t get in the way as I only put them on the front of the machine. They are buttons that I hot glued on, so I could take them off easily if needed.

I love the pincushion! But I’ m wondering, with all those hearts on your machine, is it still easy to use?
