I tend to look through all my old Burda Style magazines and decided to sew hopefully all clothes I liked in my favourite Burda magazines, starting with this pattern from BS 7/2011, probably my favourite of all the magazines I own so far.
This was a quick project. I used some scraps (some kind of elastane blend I think?) and a jersey waistband for comfort and a sportive look.
The shorts don’t fit that well, I have to work on the pattern if I want to make some of these again. It’s a fun basic pattern and I think it works really great in jersey.
The legs are really short for my taste, I used some bias tape on the hem so I wouldn’t lose a single centimeter.
