Not a sewing project per-se, more an upholstery fumble. But sewing related, so it might be of interest….
I was given this old sewing box (see the last picture), but the inside was all falling apart, and out. Unfortunately, I only have this one old photo of it pre-refurb.
So, I took out all the inside, and re-wadded and lined it and tried to nail it all in with upholstery tacks as neat as I could (which wasn’t very neatly).
Despite it being poorly done, I am very pleased with this.
Thick, thick wadding and green upholstery fabric and upholstery tacks.
