Description

This is the jacket to the shorts from last time. I worked on this jacket 2 weeks, especially putting the ornamentation (all by hand!) was a rather hard work, at the end my fingers hurted. During this, I was sometimes enthusiastic, another times I was afraid the ornaments could be too much. Anyway, I hope it was worth the whole effort. At least my husband said spontaneously: “this is a very beautyful jacket” :) :) :) well, my heart jumped of joy, because he is not very generous with compliments. But the shorts make him lough, I have no idea why… men and fashion!

      thank you Marlon! the jacket itself is not a big deal (but next time when I work with such a fabric, I will completely interfacing it for more stiffness), is just so much handwork, pushing the needle through 3 layers of zipper is really hard :-)

      thank you so much! well, there is no sequin technique :) I just bought a sequin tape and sewed it by hand – fortunately I didn´t have to sew the sequins piece by piece!
