I had a lot of leftover jersey sequin fabric from another project. I couldn’t throw it away. Especially since I saw this dress at a local department store and thought I could make my own. So easy peasy. I used the December 2012 issue of Burdastyle’s #118B pattern. It’s really a pattern for a top but I altered the pattern so that it would be this shift dress you see here.
I like it a lot and I’m going to wear it for New Year’s eve!
1.5 yard of sequin jersey, 1.5 yard of silver lining
