This is a simple sequin top from pattern 118B, Burda magazine issue 12/2012. I don’t believe the pattern is available as a download, but it seems to be in the new winter North American issue with the same number.
Rather than use bias binding at the neck and armholes, I lined the top to the edge with silk chiffon.
