this sequin party dress is perfect because it can be good for the Gala evening and just as worn to the party. It is airy for those hot evenings.
I like the cut of the neck at best. Makes a beautiful neckline. (Did not slot incorporated) The cut of the dress falls very far out (especially the back), so I sewed a binding belt, used in the lining, which is not. There is an elastic satin fabric in black. The belt I made very long, so that I can easily tie the dress, but also quite narrow.
This sequined, I have seen and bought. Just did not know what to tailor it. It is a bit stiff. I was hoping that this model is suitable. And I think it fits very well. Since I could not decide on the length, I chose the mullet version (short front long in the back), although I thought it would not be me, I was very pleasantly surprised. I am glad to have the dress sewn. It is the perfect dress for me that is still often used.
I salute all the tailors sew the sequins fabrics. It’s the horror!
For me it was the first time that I had to do it. To sew this fabric with the sewing machine requires knowledge. I have to quickly stitched and probably also with the wrong needles. Well, I have three broken and two bent. So be careful when you sew a sequined fabric.
